2017 IAAF World Track and Field Championship, London
I’m currently raising funds towards my first major international athletics competition, the 2017 IAAF World Championships in London August, 2017. I’m competing in the 200m against Usain Bolt and will become the first Kiwi to represent NZ in the sprints in a decade. In order to give me the best possible chances of success I am hoping to travel to London one month prior to the event to set up camp in the hope to acclimatize with some of the worlds best sprinters, and prepare for the race of my life time. Your support would be instrumental in helping me prove to the world that Kiwis can fly.
Following the World Champs, I will head to Taipei to compete at the World University Games over the 100 and 200m.
I have high hopes for the next 12 months leading into the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and know with the exposure to these highly competitive environments I can push myself to achieve feats not yet seen by a New Zealander.
Thank you for your support
